Will there be any SS stackers if price goes to $250????

I think there will probably be a couple things going on for silver to actually hit $250/oz. First would be the currencies that are currently used to buy goods would be inflated beyond what many believe is possible. Second the rush to PMs would be to gold first, so it'd have to be out of...

Sprott is short 1.8moz of silver

Exactly this. Why would you buy paper from somebody that tells you the paper game is rigged and pay them a premium because the fund is backed by physical? Why not just buy the physical and store it yourself. The other thing that stands out is why is this fund light? They keep saying it's...

I wish I never bought silver

Well, if you're going to sell now I'm pretty sure people would get in line real quick if you offered it for spot. There are all kinds of people that bought high and are panic selling low, happens with every big move in just about every market in the history of markets. That's why some people...

The truth behind being a Royal Silver Mint member.

I'm not attacking or defending anybody, just want to mention that this entire thread could've been averted or never even posted if one simple thing took place, communication. It's very difficult to give people bad or negative news, and many times they'll vent all kinds of frustration on you for...

2012 5oz Dragon Proof already available before release

Just so you US customers are aware, Perth Mint's website says they'll be available at the distributors website about the 16th of July. I'm guessing most of them will be PF69 and PF70 for about $600 on up to whatever. My opinion is they can keep them.

Downies and Eurocollections has them for sale. They don't have a lot, but they do have them.

2012 5oz Dragon Proof already available before release

I get it that the Perth Mint wants to protect those that do major amounts of business with them. I also understand that companies like Paradise Mint and New York Mint are sticking their necks out with the commitment to purchase however many they're purchasing and have every right to protect...

2012 5oz Dragon Proof already available before release

If you US buyers think Apmex is a tough one to deal with, wait until this crew releases them. Last year they had the 5oz koala at $600, so I can just imagine what they'll release this thing at...and it won't be pretty.

    Trade Problem

I don't participate on here all that often, but just want to mention a persons outlook. If your outlook is positive, you'll look at problems as opportunities, in this case an opportunity to do the right thing, communicate like an adult and make all parties involved happy. If it's negative...

Us yanks have a good time with these every month

Wow!!! The reason I posted was to show you what we do to break up the monotony. I wasn't trying to "steal" anything. If you check out when the sites were started, you'll see that it was about the same time, so your copycat statement is wrong.

Jeff Christian, Bron Suchecki, Erik Townsend, Victor, Ted Butler

The comments posted there are spectacular. There's a whole lot of information to digest and I suggest you read it twice, minus the whining about name calling and other idiocy. I can't be the only person that gets tired of the whining every time silver or gold drops $.01 and blame is laid at...

It's probably the most cost effective size to produce, so they pound them out to demand for the life of the series.

    Why NGC over PCGS?

ANACS was a decent grading company, until NGC and PCGS buried them with capital improvements and market share. Now they do carnival stuff like HSN ATB's and other non-sense.

They'll bring them back. It's golden state mint and Provident does a boatload of business with them. All the fractional and most of the 1oz generics they sell are gsm.

    Why NGC over PCGS?

Got it. Thanks for the info. I'm a NGC member and get the stuff I want graded through them, just curious as to why the Panda forum seems to prefer them as the TPG of choice. In the end it's personal preference with market in mind, I hope. Was just curious if there was more to it than I was...

    Why NGC over PCGS?

No kidding? You wouldn't be telling me a fish story, would you? Seriously, are the returns better outside the US for non-US coins graded by NGC, or is it just a preference?
