COD, Escrow or F2F are the only ways I would buy something from somebody with 0 feedback. I just consider it a trading rule for myself to reduce the chances of being scammed. Granted having 10 feedback doesn't exactly mean the user is 100% legit but life's too short to be worried about...

I used to keep in mooncake box too LOL. Now I keep loose change in mooncake box instead of Pandas though. I wonder if the mooncake box helps with this. The box would oxidize before the coins and protect it. Maybe. Which reminds me, I forgot to eat mooncake this year :(

NCS or a refund would be the only choices imo. You wouldn't be able to sell that at a very good price due to the spots. There is no guarantee NCS would work but they have a pretty decent track record.

NGC only grades medals from official mints and even then not all mints and not all medals. There is slim to no chance of RSC rounds being graded by NGC. PCGS is even more stringent in my experience towards rounds so the chances are even less likely imho. Other companies aren't worth going with.

Do this i reckon. Also to save on shipping and avoid taxes in Malaysia try and find somebody you can trust to buy the whole set and ship to you with a declared gift value of $100.

You only get prosecuted if you exaggerate Carbon Tax's effect on the increase in prices. Anyway I read that article and it felt like an advertisement for them more than anything. There aren't any clear numbers as to how much power they use or how the tax actually affects them apart from one...
