Anyone here hedge the Physical holding?

I can see how someone could really make some money with putting paper against phyz to almost never "lose." Wrcmad seems to be successful using this method. However I would like to know from him and others doing this: Must you be "trading" for the majority of the day, I mean, with respect...

Anyone here hedge the Physical holding?

This sounds like a good idea. But if you buy phyz and a Put in paper for insurance for a price drop, wouldn't you have to pay money if spot goes up. So you now have to sell your phyz to pay the piper on the Put probably more than you make selling the phyz too.

Buy now or wait for price and AUD to drop???

I read that if the worlds economies collapse again as in 08-09 the CB's next move would be QE directly to the working man. Wages of the world be increased, work week hours for full time would decrease, overall employment would be "forced" to increase via work week laws, ect. I certainly...

    $13 silver might be possible

Now I must say that I am new to this. However I did some chart ciphering on my own back in March and I came up with similar bottoms (in USD). Its a bit exciting for me to see the spot price move that way. For me the timing was 4th quarter 2015, but it appears to be getting there rather...

I remember the time when 1 oz silver cost 45 $...

the price isn't the value of the silver. Its the strength of the currency. High spot price equals weak currency.

Citigroup Just Cornered The "Precious Metals" Derivatives Market

I was hoping to get more discussion on this... Why are they corning silver derivatives rather than say nickel? With trillions in paper silver that is far greater than the amount mined per year (in the billions) what is your stacking plan now that silver price is obviously under control of...

Citigroup Just Cornered The "Precious Metals" Derivatives Market

An interesting comment that was left from the article: Having traded in that cesspool (CitiGroup) for a few years, I have an opinion that may help. The banks have their own trading desks as do the Spec Funds. The banks have been setting up the specs to be the fall guys in the poker game. They...

    Working and Wages

'Merica Why increase wages when machines are doing more work than ever before? They require no pay or benefits. Layoff 3 workers and buy one backhoe and do 5 times the work. This is the math the working class is up against. An aging baby boomer generation is not leaving the work force for...

Stagnant and falling wages are here to stay

Few can become millionaires all by themselves, and not everyone can start their own business. Humans are by design, problem solvers. We will find ever efficient ways of doing things. Efficiency leads to job loss. In order to create jobs, or stimulate the economy we must force...

There is a massive derivatives melt-down going on behind the scenes.

Is it up or is it hyperinflation?
