IMO in general, the privy coin worth more than the bullion. As far as i observe, privy coin is aims to differentiate from the non-privy/bullion in terms of numismatic .It should have less mintage than the the non-privy/bullion, so the rarities is the big factor why people willing to pay more...

i choose the new one and the legit from your local dealer or your trusted seller. some people tend to look for the attractive design rather than it silver content. But if you can get the new shiny libertads that cheaper than new round,so you have the answer.libertads :D

the price differences come from reputation of the company it self. If the company well-known as producer of good quality material, most of them will rise their price little bit higher rather than competitor. more of them can be found in marketing knowledge because NTR not as famous as...

if PMs can re-mint kooks '92 based on its mintage number, i think they should able re-mint the other. in this case lunar series the question is, this re-mint scenario just valid for 1oz only or for all type of coin?
