    That's quite profound what you just said wrc.

    I've been homeless lots of times (ie not owning my own home - I don't now aamof but timing is everything) - sometimes getting hit by two or more life events in a row can change the landscape for a guy totally, so keep a level head, look at yr options & work out a contingency plan. Whatever it takes mate, whatever it takes. Big up Recalc mate.

    Thanks Man , I had heaps of money last year when I bought , though things have turned pearshaped bigtime since then (property market) , I just want to unload this now. Trying like hell to stay afloat until this goes up to at least what I paid. Could also be facing a redunancy from work, Not too phased about that though it would be good to get a payout. I'm just a bit depressed at the moment , gotta stop looking at the charts :( Thanks all don't mean to whinge, at least I've got a nice car to sell before property goes .
