The sugar mix takes three or four days depending on temperature, warm water, 6kg of sugar , bag of turbo yeast. Get yourself two or more plastic drums and you could knock up 20 plus litres in a week :D .

So i should drop the rent to under market value just to please you ?
You are always crapping on about the free market well it is & thats what the market will pay . maybe i should just turn them into hostels & give free rent & you can come & live there ? Ok sure il even throw in some free booze so you can get plastered & whine about how the paint is faded on the wall & the landlord should have the decency to spend money on it to give free rent . . I can hear it now " the scumbag participated in the ponzi blah blah & cant even spend $20 on some paint blah blah & expect us to live like this blah blah :p:

What is considered a ripoff and what price the market will bear are not mutually exclusive.

I consider many many things to be a ripoff yet many many people still buy said things.

I also buy stuff people consider a ripoff and poor value for money.

Auspm considers rent a ripoff, renovator does not. Who cares? lol

People have different opinions and perspectives. News at 11.

A $180 dinner at Darling Harbor is also market value.

It is also a ripoff in my opinion.

No your talking about perception you percieve it to be expensive others dont theres a huge difference.

Thats the market price for dinner in a high end establishment . You better stick to eating mcburgers
