I've sold my LTC in mid $40's.... Not right at the top, but this is feeling very much like silver to me. Happy to have more than doubled my money for a 2nd time
I'm holding, though I did sell my FTC at 0.0009. I figure many Americans will be eating turkey with family and the kids will tell family about the giant profits they have made from pocket $. Mum & Pop investors coming to the market next 2 weeks. My fear would be withdrawals for Xmas shopping..? People were talking about taking out loans to buy silver not long ago! SilverSale, when you say you sold, do you store in btc or fiat?
Wouldn't it be ironic if Bitcoin - Litecoin matched the historical Gold - Silver ratio around 15-1 that would make Litecoin worth about $83. Getting there fast.
I'm totally out of digital currency (once again) - all in fiat. Made a lot of transactions with Coin Jar today... took a few hours, surprised I managed to get it all out
Was taking a while to get my BTC out of BTCmarkets today, thought the same for a brief time... All good now.
LTC still selling for $52 AUD equiv on OKCoin. Someone mentioned Thanksgiving on an earlier post - will be an interesting weekend for US traders given it's a huge 4 day holiday weekend, many people travel but many people also just hang out around the house. LTC has been kind to me - trading in and out of it replaced the BTC I had to sell to get my original fiat investment back.
Not happy tonight really. Transferred the rest of my BTC to Cryptsy to do some trading on some other alts I found, and it's sitting in their "pending deposit" status. 12 hours later, still hasn't moved, apparently there are just 'delays.
Moving coins between exchanges can certainly be a deal breaker. For a while there I had balances on something like 5 exchanges. Bit more consolidated now.
Yeah, it doesn't help that I don't have much in the crypto system, so it feels a lot more thin than I am used to.1
So are my coins safe to leave in my account on the exchange while im not trading for like a week or so?
