You are in no way in charge and going to tell me which threads I may or may not participate. Keep it up and you'll have threads all to yourself. You know, like your real life, all alone with nobody to interact with.

There is a high relief American Liberty coin (gold) that was just released by the U.S. Mint. A high relief Lib would be nice...a high relief PL-kilo Lib would be super awesome!

Yes, those sinister individuals seem to only want to troll and hi-jack other's threads with vile, spurious claims....and then they have the arrogance to demand that the rest of us simply tolerate that offensive nonsense.

That is an entirely new and potent breed of dou<%b@g who seems to get a thrill from behaving like that.

    Hi Jim

the view is appreciated and valid.

It is similar "why someone buy generic perfume and another buy branded perfume which price is 10 times higher than the generic?" why people buy Lexus and not Hyundai ?

Products are create to target different customers segment with diff view, tastes appreciation and so on.......

among all American coins, the 2009 UHR Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle stoods out the most. Other normal High Relief coins just pales in comparison.

If you want it fresh from the U.S. Mint then here's the link: http://catalog.usmint.gov/american-...ef-gold-coin-UH8.html?cgid=gold-coins#start=1

The US Mint adjusts the price of gold coins depending on the weekly spot price of gold. If gold is moving up, expect they will raise the price.

You can also buy high graded versions of this coin for little more than the current price from the mint. I've seen some good prices on eBay.

    Finally got it in today..

Wow, very cool coin in-hand. Most impressed!

The design works great in this format.. I like how it extends out to the rim, too, for optimal viewing pleasure.

Heck, even ol' Lizzy doesn't look half-bad!

Very happy with it. Definitely going to seriously consider one or more others on a case-by-case basis.

    Well done, Perth Mint!

Buy the second release in the American Landmarks Series the 2 oz Silver Liberty Island Ultra High Relief Round!

The second release in the American Landmarks Series pays tribute to the most recognizable monument in the United States: The Statue of Liberty on Liberty Island. Each remarkable round contains two troy ounces of .999 fine silver and is struck with an ultra high relief finish. Each 2 oz Silver Liberty Island Ultra High Relief Round was manufactured at the Elemetal Mint using the industry's highest standards of metal purity and production quality, ensuring that each round qualifies for a Precious Metals IRA.

The obverse of the 2 oz Silver Liberty Island Ultra High Relief Round features the Statue of Liberty from the perspective of visitors to Liberty Island. Lady Liberty appears before the waving stars and stripes holding her torch and book of laws. "LIBERTY ISLAND" is inscribed on the design's edge to complete the patriotic scene.

Liberty Island, which houses the Statue of Liberty, in Upper New York Bay has been a U.S. National Monument since 1937 under proclamation by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. It is also in the "National Register of Historic Places" and maintained by the U.S. National Park Service.

The Statue of Liberty was given to the United States from France, and dedicated on Oct. 28, 1886. Designed by Gustave Eiffel, the architect of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the world-famous Statue of Liberty stands 46 meters tall (151 ft, 1 in) and is made from copper. Some reports state that 200,000 pounds of copper were used to complete the monument. The Statue of Liberty is a symbol of freedom for the United States of America.

A convex rendering of a globe displaying North America is the common reverse for the American Landmark Series. The round's weight and purity, along with "AMERICAN LANDMARKS," are engraved.

Liberty Island follows the Grand Canyon 2 oz Ultra High Relief Silver Round in Elemetal's American Landmark Series. The series is dedicated to showing many of America's most stunning landmarks in high relief fashion on two ounce Silver Bullion rounds. Each round in the series is guaranteed .999 pure due to Elemetal's industry leading certifications, making it a valuable addition to any Bullion portfolio or collection.

All Liberty Island rounds ship in New Condition. Individual pieces will ship in a plastic flip, and multiples of 10 will ship in CoinSafe Tubes. Each round can be further protected by purchasing a High Relief Coin Capsule specifically designed for the Landmark and Privateer series.

Buy Liberty Island 2 oz Ultra High Relief Silver Rounds from Provident Metals to add beauty and value to your silver stack. Orders can be made online or by calling our customer service representatives at 800-313-3315.
