Lego is good. Hundreds of imitation products but none can beat it. It's incredible that something so simple cannot be beaten even after so many years. :D

A theory I have is young kids are smart and have intuition, they know what is good and don't want crap.

I was thinking of becoming a truck driver in my older age.
They make plenty of money and there are many options of different types of routes and trucks too.
I've heard trucking isnt what it used to be and the job sucks now but I dont know.
I've done asphalt work, cracksealing and sealcoating for almost 10 years now and many think this work sucks. We cant find anyone to stick around although it's great money.
Truck driving might be a great trade for someone like me.

I wouldnt do the meth but coffee and Metallica would be great! Probably slayer or System of a Down....or even the new "Gangstergrass" I've been listening to lately.
I've passed by truckers on the road pulled over during blizzards and it's always an eerie feeling to venture on past where they have stopped.
I imagine they are sitting inside a warm comfy sleeper cab with grub and an xbox in their pajamas. Sounds like a cush job to me haha.
I would need to acquire a CDL and stop smoking the herb. That might be the first problem haha. I do like the herb.
The CDL should be a cakewalk.

Ai or robotization is going to wipe off all, if not, most of the employment. Which country is going to be hurt most? This is suicidal!

None of that is coming anytime soon. Robots arent anywhere near that figured out yet despite what people claim. Robots can be made to learn but it's not anywhere near what a human brain can do and problem solving is a whole other subject, much less mastering any trade known to man. Maybe in a hundred years if that.
If your job is at a kiosk taking McDonald's orders ot answering phone calls your job might be in jeopardy. Other than that theres no reason to worry. Remember robots dont have brains or a soul and it takes a human to do a human job.
Robots have nothing on us yet or even close.

We have plenty of PRC drivers. In their country, there are no jobs for people after 40 years old.

Can’t tell if you’re trolling now. You have way too much confidence in our leading class if you think they can coordinate secret underground cities

Our moderator must be doing a pretty fine job to scrub your attack at such speed, but I did just catch your creative insult.

I’d like to know how you consider all of your claims to be absolute truths to be accepted without question? In which case what makes you different to any thought-policing tyrant?
Also, one moment you’re saying you’re old and out of touch and the next you’re hurling insults at anyone who questions you. I take back what I said about having a beer with you - you seem unpredictable and possibly dangerous.

How many of your close friends and family share these beliefs? Or do you tell that to them as well?
