The taste of pigs can vary a lot. Aussie pigs taste somewhat better.

there is a smell in Oz pork, due to eating GMO corns and beans. fresh pork that eat the green and cooked foods are better
but mass production really kill the taste. people hunting wild boars. anyway I don't eat pork for over 20+ years

What religion did you sign up to? Most Australian animals are grass fed regardless of advertising. For the simple fact we have too much land and it is cheaper that way.

they advert as air flown from Australia,
Bulan fresh is cut in local abattoir, they are also fed GMO corns and grains...so the smell is there. from nearby island.
it does not matter what the animals eat, usually farmers keep their own for personal consumptions etc

I didn't know that, I've always seen commercials or documentaries showing cows in Australia eating feed, and cows in NZ free ranged and eating grass with mountain backdrop. :D

We have a competitive comparative advantage in dryland agriculture. Best practice.

Source of food is important as contamination is real. I mostly source fruits and milk from Australia or New Zealand, then South Africa, and Veg locally or Indonesia and if not available, Malaysian. Nuts from USA. I try to avoid processed foods as it's obvious where most of the ingredients come from, the cheapest source.

Just started thinking... here's a way to end the possible global economic collapse due to fiat currency crises and tremendous debt (especially in the US):

    1) the Fed could start buying BTC, ETH, perhaps even DOGE (this will pump up the price), but it is only going to be good for the Fed
    2) then, they should pay off the debt with cryptos
    3) thus, accept all cryptos as a legal tender and real currencies around the world

    ta-daaa... :D :D :D :D :D

    Debt problem solved!!!

    4) tax the super rich

And we will live happily ever after. We will own everything, they will own nothing and we will be happy. :D :D :D

My prediction is that he is going to make a lot of money and will have a large number of subscribers. Just like countless other "armchair experts".

Haven't you heard about the 'green rain' that falls over the land while bring dropped from helicopters by the ton. NZ is by far the world's biggest user of 1080 poison. Sodium monofluoroacetate. Quite a heated topic over there.

what they tried to get rid of?

    Compound 1080 today
This chemical, renamed Compound 1080 when the Tull Chemical Company of Oxford, Alabama began manufacturing it in 1956, was banned from general use in the U.S. in 1972, although USDA Wildlife Services is allowed to use sheep collars containing it to kill coyotes.

Compound 1080 is intensively used, however, by government agencies in New Zealand and Australia to try to eradicate non-native species. New Zealand alone is believed to use as much as 90% of the total output of Compound 1080, of which Tull Chemical is the only maker.

No haven't heard. For NZ, I only get organic apples and zespri kiwis, of course, I don't know if they are really organic, so wash all of them. I've done quite a bit of traveling around Asia, the worst are places with factories because factories dump chemicals directly into rivers used for irrigation and aquaculture.
