I think a better comparison than Franklin Mint would be to compare the Elemetal 2 oz UHR round premiums to those charged by Perth and other mints that do HR and UHR coins, which are much higher.
I agree in terms of premiums that the market is willing to pay. Personally though, I am a fan of many of the Franklin Mint products....many are well designed and struck. But there's not a great market demand at this time (nor has been for a long time) for these products.....which is actually good for those looking to buy excellent quality without having to pay exorbitant premiums. .
