Will we see $80.00 AUD silver again tonight? Both metals are cruising really well for the last few weeks!
$81.00 AUD and climbing this morning. The inevitable correction has now become a gradual re-testing of previous highs. Could be a bull trap though but then the fundamentals haven’t obviously changed.

In Japan, I believe they have home loans where the parents pay until they die, and then the offspring continue as the mortgagees.
Thats crazy. Why not just rent forever and not deal with maintenance.
