Hey guys.
Trying to get a home loan deposit together, want to turn some of these into AUD, unfortunately lenders hardly consider gold genuine savings
F2F only, gold coast.
I have a Sigma Analytics PM Verifier that I'll bring along. You can bring your own test equipment along if you desire, calipers, milligram scales and so on. The Sigma I'm also selling soon, probably.
Edit: Offering postage now in addition to F2F Gold Coast. Have a couple sells under my belt now
1 x 2018 American Eagle
1 x 2018 American Eagle
1 x 1991 American Eagle
2 x 1989 South African Krugerrand
2 x 1979 South African Krugerrand
1 x 1915 Austrian 100 CORONA
1 x 2016 Mexican Libertad Proof
1 x 2018 Queen's Beasts Unicorn
The Kruges are in amazing condition for 40-odd years old. Same goes for the 100 Corona which I'm preeetty sure are the restrike starting 1975
The Libertad I spent a ton of effort getting from the US, and after a while it has some visible spotting, which can happen sometimes on 24k, but it's irritating on such a nice, shiny, proof gold coin. I did store it a genuine Air-Tite (TM! lol) that I also spent effort getting into the country (same treatment for most of my other coins) but I guess that wasn't enough. Someone, tell me what I did wrong here? Don't worry its still sexy.
The ones below I'm on the fence about, 17 Swan is low mintage, first in series etc and in any case it's one of my favourites and would take a silly offer for me to let it go but just there for EOI. PAMP is the missus', I think it's just worth close to bullion value, but she loves it and has claimed it. If I have trouble selling the other coins after a few weeks I may consider throwing that one out there.
Thanks guys.
Also, I have 2 eagles not in capsules because those are my dedicated like-how-they-feel-in-my-hand and tinging, tossing, clanking etc coins you know what I mean... hopefully. Theyre still in excellent condition. I'm reasonable with my tinging
