I watched some more of his stuff and the appearance on Rogan and concluded he’s a douche that’s probably making most of his money from the fools at his conferences that all want to be the next wolf of wall st.
Joe Rogan’s burn right at the beginning of the podcast after Dan says his wife dresses him and Rogan goes “she definitely doesn’t want you to get laid” was amazing.

My thoughts exactly. Superiority complex describes him well.

Rogan seems like a responsible and honest type of person and you can see in his manner he thinks Pena is an arrogant fool.
 
Pena came out of nowhere and we don't know what he did.

True millionaires wouldn't waste their time with people participating at courses. Not enough time and they'd prolly have an "empire" to take care of.

Fraud pricks are selling their faces and living out of truth-saying impressions. But it works. There are fools who actually pay.
 
Seattle is the next Detroit?



This is already happening in Europe as well. Malmö, Frankfurt, Berlin, Paris, Marseille, Barcelona, Rome, Milano, Athens, Vienna, London...

If you've been to at least a few of them and have see the phenomenon with your own eyes, then you know what I'm talking about.

As someone who doesn't know much about the US, I've always thought that Chicago is the most dangerous city in the US. If this video is true, isn't it ironical that the "pretend to be left" democrat cities have the highest poverty divide?

"It looks like third world".... apparently, he hasn't been to the third world.

Been there many years ago. Scary neighborhoods. Don't yearn to go there soon. Maybe never again.

Cities in France, Italy and Germany are Detroitificating fast (gosh, that almost sounded like "Detroit-defecating" :D ).

Rome is a horror scenario, especially around the central railway station.

I had this positive "hi-tech" image of Seattle. Microsoft and various tech companies... in my mind, Seattle was a clean, moral city. Now I find it's almost like another Detroit. 1 more crisis and 10 years later it will look like Detroit.

Not much further north is decaying Vancouver. Slummish areas, dangerous street crime etc.
 
Poverty is getting more and more difficult nowadays...



I was thinking that ecommerce is making people's lives much more difficult. And pretty much everything "modern". It's harder for the poor people nowadays...
 
Amazon has been awesome through the shutdown and I've been ordering everything.
If the stores dont care to be open then it's their loss haha. Doesnt matter to me either way and amazon is cheaper and easier.
Alot of businesses will lose to online ordering and already have.
Thankfully most places here dont say anything about wearing masks although half the people are still wearing them.
When they require it I will order everything from amazon.

My son pointed out something interesting to me.......It's illegal to conceal your identity with a mask while carrying a firearm in gunnison county. It's like the angels are watching out for us here!

Didn't know Vancouver is now dangerous. Went there in the 90s and it's a nice place with snow mountains and green forests.

Brussels has been "strong avoid" for many years already, so I can only imagine the state of it these days. *Shudder* It's a den of thieves, and I'm not only talking about the eurocrats in the European District of the city...

Rome was not bad at all last March, and I stayed near the Termini. Although have to say the Italian government were hosting the Chinese delegation just then, so maybe there had been a convenient clean-up of the streets. *Shudder* what will happen to all the priceless works of art and architecture when the mindless hordes once again vandalise the Citta Eterna.

Paris - no-go zone.

London... I want to see them get a grip, stat. As the British should.

Why would it be wrong?

ecommerce kills traditional brick and mortar businesses. Many small physical shops close due to online orders.
But homeless people are having a dreadful time ordering online: no delivery address, no bank card, no phone, no internet, no MONEY!
