have a lot of old members vanished with the site update?

All my details came across ok. And I hadn't posted for a very long time.

The "Quick and dirty temporary Charts page until we replace the old functionality!" have been there for a very very long time as well.

Been my goto place when I have felt the urge to check the price.

My Gold and Silver Charts always freeze every weekend..
Think its server issues with more users being home during this time.??

Wow... The things you learn from reading old threads....

I honestly don't remember J. GALT posting in normal fonts.

Yep, could be both. Being an old fart this way and getting used to the masses of threads takes time to get used to.

"But I think it's the bearish sentiment for metals that's dampened the mood." Still optimistic and stacking at every opportunity, here. Not into trading stuff.

It's strange seeing so much content from the Cryptologists on a precious metals website though, - maybe the oldies feel a bit out of place.

Honestly. I personally had no issue with JG. I like anyone who is passionate in what they believe, even if don't always agree with their opinion, or how they express it :)

That's the thing though. He actually had no opinion but just reiterated simplistic nonsense, and reposted irrelevant YouTube commentaries.

The Forum has returned to being an excellent source of information and discussion with his departure.

Neither did I. But it was his poor attitude, personal insults and foul language that got him banned. Likely compiled into one post. I never saw anything he said that crossed the line but apparently he did.

I kinda miss him. This forum has a variety of individuals and he represented the extremes of one side. I found value in the videos he posted, the threads he created and the jokes he shared.
