I am looking to sell 1 Kilogram of Gold Bars in a face to face cash transaction in Sydney. The whole 1 kilogram will be offered at Spot Price!!! Priority will go to whoever wants to buy the whole kilogram in one go. Send me a p.m. or reply on this thread.

(9 x 100 gram Perth Mint Minted Gold Bars + 1 x 100 Gram ABC Bullion Gold Cast Bar)

I am surprised, still no offers. Has liquidity dried up on Silverstackers or something?

Anyone who isn’t hoarding cash right now, either backed the truck up when silver crashed the other night, or are waiting for the next drop. Not everyone has the cash to drop into a large gold bar right now

But in all seriousness, if you’re as keen to sell as you seem, Bullion Now will pay spot for up to 10oz total per person, per day. That’s probably your best option if you need the cash and have no bites here. Good luck.

theres a dealer in sydney that buys at spot, cant think of their name sorry

Maybe people see the title and think it is a single 1 kg bar for sale and don't come into the thread to see there are 10 individual items available.

I am not dumping on your sales tread; just giving you the reasons to your question why its going to be a bit difficult to shift a kilo of gold even at spot.
1. Asking for a COD trade. To raise $80,000 in cash takes days! You would be lucky to get $10,000 cash without giving the bank a day's notice.
2. All my buyers has gone quiet these past few days. In the short term, they are expecting spot to drift lower. Long term, I am quite positive they believe that prices will go ballistic otherwise they wouldn't be buying hands over fists.
3. Certicards are a pain in the butt! I don't own an XRF machine and without it being tested with an accompanying pic of the results, my customers won't accept delivery! They don't trust me or I would prefer to think that they don't trust certicards!
I would need to meet up at a bullion dealer to use their XRF. It's not nice to use their equipment and take up their time without giving them something in return.
Most of your selling conditions and products takes up a lot of time to meet and verify for the average Joe so it's probably easier and faster for you to shift it at ABC
In less volatile times, I am sure there would be a line of buyers ready to meet your conditions.

Very succint response, well said!

-Aurora I do not see how COD is that much of a problem. Yes even if you need to give the bank a day's notice the sale price and time could be locked in with settlement taking place the next day which is not uncommon anyway for trades on Silver Stackers.

True some buyers ask for testing and that can be a pain but hence the discounted price to reflect that.

Also my offer is very attractive for those looking to buy a large amount of gold anonymously (you would not be able to do that at a bullion dealer). A large number of forum members are interested in anonymity for a variety of reasons.

I am honestly surprised that you cannot shift a mere kilo of gold bullion at spot price on a bullion forum with over 14,000 members!!

Given the lack of interest and the very recent plunge in the AUD Gold spot price I am withdrawing the gold for sale and closing this thread.

If I decide again later to sell it I will be opening a new thread again.

THREAD CLOSED
