Looks like the US economy is't as strong as they thought, so they need to kick the can down the road a few more years.

I watched the full speech Powell gave this morning. He didn't sound very up beat, also it sounded like the FED was getting ready for QE4.

I think i can wrap up the entire speech with a few lines;
-things don't look good in the world.
-interest rates are very low so that tool can't be used to boost economy.
-they are happy to expand the FED's balance sheet to dump money into the system.
-everything else he just says he doesn't know or can't talk about it.

I think the real reason is because the market shouldn't crash until October 2020.
