Can't find anything to that effect either.

But Bitcoin is an exchange of value, it doesn't need governments to recognise its legality.
All it needs is for governments to stay out of the way which, of course, is going to be impossible once they understand what Bitcoin truly is and what it can do.

Bitcoin is an "f---y--" to the establishment. There is risk, such is life. There are tons of humans prepared to bend over for authorities, such is life.
