As stated, wtb capsules for 1oz pandas. 5-10 pcs

Do you mean the current capsules, that are not flat, and have prongs inside in a triangle?
Older coins will move around a bit inside those - make a rattle if you shake it.
Newer coins you won't be able to get out :)

You could use Lighthouse 40mm capsules.
I checked with a '98 panda and there is no rattle at all.

I'm not a fan of panda capsules. They're slightly convex, which makes them s PITA to stack in your SDB.
 
Leave your pandas into the sheets. They are also in a vakuum area and protected addionally against their nature of toning.
