A fireproof floor safe (well concealed) is a good idea, nothing lol about it! But they aint cheap ...

Some people, bury, some use safes, some put holes in walls, some put it in plain site, I read a story of a person using 400oz bars (I think) as a bottom step to the cellar. If you planing to hold your silver long term break up the concrete under your house dig out what you need for your treasure chest, and put new concrete back on top.
Make sure the new concrete job area looks the same as the one before. Write down the location and put it away with your will.
Even if someone knows you did that, but they don't know the exact location of the place they virtually have to demolish the entire house before they can find it.

Does anyone know where or who to use as the Private Storage is in Sydney?
I've googled but most are Self Storages mainly for furniture etc.
