What The Heck Is Wrong with YouTube? Now Asking For Sign In For Everything!

When I went to watch some precious metals videos yesterday on Brave, I was barred from all content without
sighing in.

So I went to Firefox and watched the videos there, and now I find the same blocking happening there.

Are any other members experiencing this? Is this some new online media laws coming into effect, or what?

I will be dammed if I will sign in so they can track everything that I watch.

Maybe no more YouTube for me, won't be a great loss, as censorship has depleted a lot of good content.

Such a large percentage of YouTube content is AI generated garbage that it is barely worth looking at any more.

I do use a VPN IP addresses, but they are all Australian and are the same ones I have used for many years without issue.

I am finding myself periodically having to re-log into YouTube, it kicks me out a few times in a row and then I have no issues for a month or so. Maybe because I use an advert free browser.
