Are the coins glued to the backing? If so that will knock down the numi value.
I can't see the years on the coins but I doubt the silver bugs would be interested.
I think the market would be nostalgia buys, presents for old poms!
I would have trouble putting a price on it but if you get the right buyer at the right time you could get $30. From us lot though, nicwinner might be right. Ebay would be the place for this, around christmas time!
