What is this bar? 4 Oz? 6 Oz? Silver? Clad?

Hello my fellow silver stackers!

I bought this bar many years ago and can't seem to find out exactly what it is.
Some variations online have it at 4 ounces and 6 ounces, I do not have my scale so cannot weigh it at the moment.

It measures 2 1/2" x 6", proof like a mirror.

I'm trying to find out:
-Is it silver?
-How many OZT?
-Where can I look up the serial number on reverse online?
