Oh you funny eastern fellas!!! didn't you know? Moving from a highly desirable locale to a dark, foreboding crime belt doesn't require paperwork - just a strong streak of ..... well, this is a family forum, so that'll do.

Of cos, moving taother way requires health and wealth checks for weeks and 2.75 tonnes of paperwork. Oh. And an application fee (of course)

After all, just where is the only place that mints PM? (apologies to Maggie and her artistic and well appreciated endeavour - Maggie can come over ANY time, no paperwork required )
