So we have 30 days left in our trading range of $37 - $40 then we are expecting a breakout of some sort. Silver has been in consolidation for some time i would expect a break-out on a technical basis sometime between now and the next 3 months but if Europe or the U.S goes into recession all bets are off.

I personally wouldn't class that as a TA triangle.. at best, a descending triangle (usually bearish, with flat base) - but it appears more just a run of the mill channel.
