Just wondering what would it hypothetically cost me to swap a 15kg bar into smaller bars (say 15 * 1kg bars)?

And is there any way of doing it without paying a huge spread both ways? Keeping in mind the difficulty of shipping a 15kg bar...

To remelt this baby into 1 kg will cost you $50 a kilo after GST.

If you can buy and sell to get the same result or cheaper then do it.
