As you would have noticed there has been some work done on the back end of this forum which has helped speed up connectivity as well providing some solutions to long-standing issues that some members have been facing.

The more astute would have noticed a thread I posted around known issues that you'd like sorted or improvements made and maybe you were scratching your head wondering what was going on?

At this stage the new owners prefer to not identify themselves as they don't want to have their inbox inundated with requests while they spend the next few weeks getting their heads around all of the software and other stuff involved and don't want to be bogged down with messages. I'm sure we can all all respect their wishes as we can look forward to a better user experience.

And in case you're wondering I didn't buy it.

I'm looking forward to this new chapter of Silver Stackers. :D:)

Hey Johnny I'm just wondering what has SS have over similar sites in the US mate?

Everyone seems more grounded here and not as many hurt feelings and there are good conversations.
I spent a week or so on an American based stacking site and I apparently offended someone's ego or whatever.
I got all kinds of warnings and not even sure what I said. I dont try to be an asshole to people online.
I can't remember the place, Bullion Stackers or something like that. Never went back after I found SS.

I have noticed in the US recently that people get butthurt bad if you have a different in opinions to theirs but in Aus we are pretty laid back and roll with the punches but every now and than on SS we get someone that likes to stir the pot.
Love seeing your posts living off the grid mate, i live in the bush in the Otways in Victoria and love having no neighbour's for miles, tis a peaceful life.
