Silver Purchase for the sake of Silver

I recently needed some cash & sold off some of my silver . the batch I sold off was purchased for $14 to $16
I was paid $17 per ounce .
I've started to repurchase with a different understanding . In the states
Eagle's (for now) the going rate is .50 to . 75 under Generic is $1 under . If there was a SHTF scenario
I can't predict what silver would be valued at .
A factor that I encountered was the fear of fake's some buyers wanted an appointment and test each coin
even the small 1/10 gold they want to drill . silver no drilling but acid test .
A dealer who knows me , had no paranoia & he paid the best so it was a natural .
I had a conclusion my generic rounds saved my butt , each purchase of 10 ounces generic equals an $18 dollar savings . Generic equal's more ounces
the .50 under with Eagle's will not equal out . Yet the Eagle's offer a secure feeling if the SHTF the Eagle's will be the goto coin in the states along with 90% .
So I wanted to set a new rule for me to only buy Eagle's but I see for me the generic lure's me in - - more silver for the money & let them acid test to there hart's content .

When we buy Eagle's an aspect of Fiat currency lives on with the
preconceived notion that they have more value The higher value is air .
To hold more in your hand is to have more

So, roughly what I think you are saying is you get more bang for your buck by buying as I do in bulk-low $ per oz. low premium?

The bells and whistles of visual looks are tempting but yes the most silver for the buck .
It hits clear when your at a Silver seller web sight , like Provident & use the order menu (Cart) and compare
the exponential gain - for each 10 Eagle's you get 11 Generic it's in your face !!
For a low level stacker - no issue but if you young and plan to stack for 15 years or you buy $5000 per month
Simple use of a calculator will answer the question
