which one is worth collecting and which one is likely to go up in value over the years?

and the sizes, are there any demand for 2 5 and 10oz ?

I'd say 2 oz, if you can find them. We were nabbing these for like 42.00. The horses are going for 65 plus. APMEX is selling them for 90.00. My humble opinion is the 2 oz. good luck finding them under 50.00 (U.S)
