Seeking advice on value... 2000 Sydney Olympic Games "The Host City"

I recently acquired a '2000 Sydney Olympic Games "The Host City" Three Silver Coin Collection Set' that comprises of three 1oz coins (silver 99.9).
I've had a look and found a set for $210 on a site and found a recent set sold for a little over $100. That's a considerable difference but the ebay one wasn't advertised well as I don't think the seller knew what they had/were.

I am considering selling but don't want to rip anyone off or sell myself short. What do you think is a reasonable price to ask? :/

I know everyone will say a little over spot but are there any mad collectors here that will offer a reasonable amount considering their condition and age?
They appear to be perfect with no flaws, the box is in good condition, has certificate, their mintage is from Perth/Aust mint and mint is 5000.
Share your thoughts, make an offer (if appropriate here?) and by all means provide me with a little insight and advice where you can! :D

You got a good price.

These sets often get broken up and sold by dealers to tourists. I've seen these coins retail from $35 to $50 each.

In a set one could expect to pay $150 at a dealer.

Also the coins are about 35 grams each so technically they are more than an ounce.

Now for a stacker these coins are an entirely different animal, they would be worth spot plus about $5-8 each.
