Please tell me how to post a picture!

At the forum bar beside the 'logout' to the right is 'upload image'.
Select this.
Click 'choose file' to upload image. once done two links will appear below it.
Select the image link.
Copy and paste to your post DONE
 
Or you can also use imgur.com/upload and copy paste the BBcode, either work fine.
