Pictures of encapsulated PAMP fortuna 1oz silver bar

Greets,

Looking for several sets of photos of the Lady Fortuna 1oz bar.

I recently bought a few from eBay (Yea yea, hush, I know, I know) that are fake but they were presented as fine silver. What I am looking for is 2-3 sets of images of the front and the back including the serial numbers on the bar and assay info.

The bars I have have a serial of 244xxx so if you happen to have any around there for comparison great. For all I know the serials on these are fake as well.

Yes i am in the process of getting a refund, for all the high fees eBay / Pay Pal charge, at least it is mostly simple to get refunds when warranted.

If you don't want to post publicly, you can PM me a link to say a dropbox, or email them to me, my email should be available from the forums. Feel free to obscure 3 digits of serial as well, I don't need them all, but a few for comparisons would be great.

If there are already 2 or more sets posted, then more are not really needed. Thanks in advance for those that do. :)

Cheers - Silver Knight

Not sure why you need images? are the bars you bought fake? If they are fake then just claim your money back.

Pamp has a continuous for sale item on ebay (nothing actually for sale) that explains how to tell real pamps on ebay from fake pamps on ebay :)

I want the images so I can learn what real packaging / bars look like so that next time I am better informed.

I am in the process of getting a refund.

Keeping them a few days longer as I have set up an appointment to go to my local bullion dealer to video a XRF check on the fakes and real bars for a Youtube series I'm making on silver stacking. This will be used in the 'how to check your bars for fakes' section on the series. :)

Any chance of posting the images of the fakes? Would be great as a point of reference. Also can you provide the seller ID of the eBay Member who sold you the fakes? Name and shame, save the rest of us from being screwed over please.

Sorry I have just noticed you have posted the above in another thread. What makes you think your bars are fake? Have you tested them yet?

I recon there is a good chance. :)

Here are 2 from the front, the left one has the protective film removed. You can see the protective film coming up on the right bars bottom left.

And 2 backs, once again the left one has the protective film removed

These are 4 separate bars, but all are identical to each other. The 556 bar was removed from encapsulation and use in a specific gravity video, as can be found here (once it is uploaded and processed by youtube) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iUpt8wf97g

Cant find it now! last year it was running in the silver pamp section of ebay with silly buy it now price not intended for sale of anything.

The Item description was information about non genuine Pamps and it run through package and bar difference between genuine and fake pamp bars being sold on ebay.

Due to this add disguised as a sale item I decided not to purchase any Pamp silver bars as there were already way too many fakes readily available.

Great SG vid thanks.

I have the gold Fortunas and they also have some peeling on the packets despite only meticulous care while moving.

The only thing different is mine have a code of C167XXX - but not sure if size of bar or it being gold make a difference.
