A Arsenal New Member Apr 16, 2011 #1 Hi Have seen a couple of the Perthmint gold in the certicard cases. Is it normal to have some air bubbles around the bullion and around the edges? Or is that just the way they are made? Seen it like that at a dealers shop but IMHO it doesn't look right????? Cheers

2 2ds Member Apr 16, 2011 #7 I bleieve what you are talking about is a protective plastic layer that is put on the item during manufacture to prevent it from being scratched, there is no reason to keep it on afterwards, you should just be able to pull it off.
