Is the full set of pandas 24 1 oz silver coins 1989 - 2012 a good investment going for about $2990 U.S

depends which 2000 ,1995, 1999 etc ,but if they are all in OMP IMHO not bad

I think it definitly depends on the three jc888 mentioned plus what variety some of the others are and condition is a huge thing with pandas , seems like a good deal if they are all in good condition and mint sealed up to 2005 (or is it 06)
Yep, sounds like a reasonable price, but it heavily depends on the condition of the coins.
If they are in stellar condition, BARGAIN!
If they are in poor condition, then it may be "ok".
But as JC88888888 said, especially check the 1999, 2000 and 1995.
A good 2000 is normally worth $400-$2000 (Frosted - Mirrored).
A good 1995 is normally worth $150-$2000 (Large date - Small date - Micro date)
I remember when I first started investing in Pandas, I just wanted a complete set... then afterwards I reset my collection and started going for quality.
