Not sure if I've done well on these $1 Notes

I got them from local pawnshop..Prett avg condition, perhaps VF. Please give inputs on the middle note as it got cut higher than the rest... Mis-cut/Error and fetch higher than those other 2 notes?

Nah mate... same size with the rest and if they did this then the following note will be much smaller

Often with old notes an unscrupulous seller might trim the edges to get rid of any detracting marks or to make the edges look crisp, remove a dog ear etc.

You only find out by comparing it to another example.

At least if yours are all the same size then this hasn't happened and you might have a genuine error, not sure how much that will push the price up though.
