Need some advise re: RCM 10oz bullion

Hi everyone! Have been a member now for a while now but have actually only been reading and viewing, now looking for some advise.

I have a couple of RCM 10oz 9999 Fine Silver Bullion, they are still sealed in a plastic covering I'm assuming came from when they were manufactured.

Seeing listings on eBay for over $400AUD per 10oz bullion!
What do we think is it worth that premium?
