Maple in rcm packaging

I received a silver maple coin in the mail and it is in its original rcm plastic covering. Some YouTuber I saw thinks one can sell it for more than usual like that. Is this true? If so how much more?

I tried it says the image is too large. It says on the plastic 'RCM' has a maple image and then says 'MRC'
