Libertad proof cases

Two questions are gold and libertad proof case the same size? Second can you buy them anywhere? I guess third will apmex take a coin back because the case has a small chip in it?
 
Are you using the word "case" as a replacement for "capsule"?
Proof Libertad capsules are only found at authorized distributors. Ironically the mint doesn't replace capsules so they're hard to find. And there is no aftermarket replacement for them. But if you need some send me a PM bc I have a source.:)

Edit...it is highly doubtful Apmex will replace but it's worth trying.
