Alan Kohler on ABC news gave a report on the health of the US economy! All good news for the Obama years (2008 to 2016)...Unemployment down from 10% to only 4%....Gdp at 3.4% gain.....Dow jones up to record high...etc etc.

What he DIDN'T SAY!! Food Stamp Welfare Payments up to 50 million....National Debt up to $20,000,000,000,000.....Three QE to prop up the stockmarket along with the PLUNGE PROTECTION contributions plus EXCHANGE Stabilization funds...


It is not as rossy as Kohler makes out.

What is your take on the US economy???

I'm not sure but I suspect the second.
 
I think people are too hard on Obama considering McCain threw the election when he realised just how bad things were.
 
It's all just about providing some context for future political manoeuvres.

When the US inevitably downturns during the Trump term the sheeple will start begging for a return to the "golden" Obama years and Michelle will be ready and waiting.

No hope, it's stuffed with that national debt.
 
Alan Kohler was good going back a few years ago, but looks like ABC stopped him from talking too much. ABC has become a real joke.
