Short 10 question survey (totally anonymous, hosted externally) aimed at customers of online bullion stores in Australia. As much as possible the results will be shared with the forum.

Basically evolved out of a discussion this week with a couple of other forum sponsors. Site sponsors WILL be listening to the feedback.

I've explicitly disabled IP address logging for the survey. Impossible to track back responses to your account on here. Genuinely anonymous.
 
i finished tried to press done and it comes back to q9 says its needs to be answered which i did
 
Ditto - an issue with Q9 - This question requires an answer. Regardless of how many ticked.
 
Just tried to submit survey.

There's a glitch with question 8. Says I must answer question, which I already did.

Also question 5 should include more than one possible answer IMO. :)
 
Question 9 should also have the answer option:

"Easier to place an order than to complete online survey." :rolleyes:
 
50 responses - some trending answers are still moving around, so the more responses, the better!
