Have you ever seen this Cook Islands' 2008 5 oz coin?

There's one coin for sale here in Russia I couldn't find anything about abroad. It's a fan-shaped coin minted by Cook Islands in 2008 with a colorful picture of red peonies on it. It's 5 dollars 5 oz 999 silver in weight.

Had anyone seen this one before? I didn't find it in Cook Islands coins catalog. What's your idea?
