Anyone like to offer some opinions on a fair price for a graded 2012 1 oz Silver Perth Mint Lunar dragon?

NGC or PCGS MS 69 and 70 are my interest

Check out ebay.com for completed sales, MS70 is selling around $80 USD
 
My interest is buying...for a friend who saw my MS 69 and wants one too.

I paid $120.00 AUD about 2 years ago...MS 70 at around a $100 AUD sounds very do-able

I did run a completed listing search on the bay and found nothing close to that figure .If anyone has one to sell,please pm me
