Have purchased both through feebay and BB website. Like the turtle in the story... SLOW but gets there in the END :P. Very happy, will purchase from in future if no deals going from the sponsors on SS
 
Ive used them several times and I'd back them 100%. There a small company and sometimes they get swamped with orders, so expect shipping delays when there is a dip in price but otherwise there OK.

I have made 2 purchase from BB, in both occasions I was happy with delivery and customer service. Still waiting for my 1kg pamp but they always warned of a mid march delivery.

I'v heard this before, but every time I had an issue or query they were happy to help.

Ie: I made a purchase and i paid for postage and delivery, then I remembered that I had a mate in Perth who was flying back the next day. I rang BB and they were happy to refund the postage and let my mate pick it up for me.
 
I've had good experience with them. Quite a personal touch really, when u get the package. Emails back and forth no problems.

I find their prices are sometimes a smidgeon above perth mint, but their postage is slightly cheaper.
 
I shot them an email last year and never got a reply. No loss really, you get great service, advise and prices from the site sponsers.

That would be a no brainer for any bullion company to do.

They do eventually reply back to emails etc, I have seen that they are now putting on their website delays with certain products which is a good thing.
