Found any pre-xmas smackdown bargains?

Interested in hearing of any bargains you may have found in this latest silver/gold smack down, be it from bullion dealers or private sales.

Personally I just bought some 1ozers off ebay for $20 each, which is a friggin bargain in anyones language.

Hoping to see PM 10oz bars drop to about $300 - $310 before I think about buying from the dealers.

An auction which has been running for a week but all the bidders just dropped off?

I looked at Dragons last night on eBay and they still wanted ridiculous prices for them.

I have been buying unallocated gold at $30 above spot through GoldStackers, that's pretty much a bargain to my mind.
 
BIN price $200 for 10 x 1oz (and postage wasnt $40 - and going to pickup this arvo to inspect as its local).

mixture of familiar faces, including Kooks - so pretty sure its not 100 mills.

Just someone who needed cash and was happy to sell them at that price.

I am buying some more of his silver 1ozers that he hadnt listed yet ... and at least he wont lose a further 10+ % with these ones on ebay/paypal fees.
 
BullionList special is where all my money will go.
Their prices are cheaper than any other dealer by far.

Got some 10oz Lunar Snakes for $311 this morning.

Keeping an eye on the For Sale threads here though.
 
Yeah, I bought some 1oz Noah's Ark coins a couple of days ago for $33.20 each. ($664 total), and even though spot has dropped $2 since, BB/BullionMoney are only just down to that price.

Not sure when spot will stop dropping but worth while slowly buying in.

Interesting, good job you got to them quickly. I wonder what the seller was thinking, even putting them up for BIN $300 would have ensured a quick sale. Doesn't sound like a smackdown bargain though, just a 'broke for Christmas and need cash for presents' bargain

I cringe when I hear that...only 2x days ago I picked one up for $335 (@BullionClub in the city) and I thought mmmmmmmm that was a fair price :P but you and others are topping me. :mad: :D

Does BullionList have a shop OTC sales address?
 
Anyone found any more bargains out there ?

I did the f2f trade this afternoon (and grabbed a couple of extra ones he had) - Big Kudos to Gold Diggers for running them through the xrf for me, as he found 2 coins (Pandas) were fake.
I dropped back around to the guy and explained this and got a refund for the dud bears (he was surprised as he had bought them from a local bullion dealer himself).

Ended up leaving him a $10 tip as its Xmas and his prices were so good to begin with.

OK, clearly no one knows where the shop is so, I'll call them (should have done this in the first instance :/ ). :rolleyes: I thought it was common knowledge however, it seems not. :rolleyes: :cool:
