Challenging Hallmarks

Hi, im an old member who is just getting back into things after a few years awol.

These hallmarks have me bewildered, at first I thought it may have been silver plate but as far as i can test it seems to be solid silver.

Any help would be appreciated

Hummmmm...... that looks like the manufacturer stamp to me. The EP ones i have seen have the EP in their own stamp.
