Buying bullion from New Zealand mint

Just a quick question to those with any experience from buying from the mint. I know the minimum buy is 20coins but can I buy 25 coins? Or does it have to be complete rolls? I'm traveling there in the first quarter of next year and plan on buying a couple rolls and if i have any money left over from the casino I'll use it there
 
you can buy any number you want, however if you purchase singles you will pay a very large premium as they are carded , like more than double spot!
 
That's what I was hoping to avoid, I might round out a couple rolls then buy a few nice bottles from duty free
