Acid Test Resedue

My LCS tests everything he gets in, great for me but, a lot of times the Acid leaves a Red Residue

Vinegar helps but dosnt get it all, will Acetone be any better at removing it?

The opposite of an acid is an alkaline...Try rubbing it with bicarb soda as a paste.

Well i bought 4 engelhard prospector rounds today for $22 each (all his silver was $22 today) so i wont be buying elsewhere anytime soon

My LCS sells me at $1.50 over spot. Buy where ever you're happy for sure. Silver has a "sound" and I'm familar with it. If you're happy, thats all that matters.

And i thought i was getting a good deal on the Engelhards, be nicer at $1.50 over spot but as you say, im happy at $22 for Engelhards

Become a regular customer and get better deals. I get Engelhard, Johnson Matthey at $1.50 over spot. Common bullion is also $1.50 over spot. Only thing I pay more for is Eagles
