Acceptable Ding(s) on SOV for slabbing

What's your input on this one? I think is acceptable ding on the REV, right? Not thinking of slabbing this coin but I just wanted to get an idea before NGC/PCGS will eval coin as 'DAMAGED' or alike...

and what's the grade on this one? I think it's VF+... say aVF?

Not worth getting graded , unless a minimum MS. for 1886-S Victoria.
PCGS , NGC will grade any coins, but is it worth it??

Hard to say. Worst case might get details if they think it has been scrubbed clean, or AU53-55 if it grades. Regarding dings and nicks compare e.g., with this one:
AU58...

Cheers mate... I’m concerned with the nick above ‘N’ and mark above’S’...I don’t think this one has been cleaned.
