Hi what are your thought on this coin 240 mintage
I'm told it was minted by a Russian Bank to give to customers and was never sold on the open market

The presentation box is very heavy maybe made on some kind of marble or slate
Sorry mintage 250 not 240
Intereasting the Russian Bank would want something with the queen's head on it apart from a chopping block
