If you are going for insurance purposes, I'd take a look at the NGC guide prices and use that as your estimate. If the coin you have is a little more rare, I'd then take a look at ebay price if it was higher, but NGC guide is probably the safest bet. You would just need to keep it updated.

I bought 1 95 proof PF69 with crystal clean with no white spot which cost me 800. However, I consider it as good buy since no white spot and compare to other PF69 with little white spot and higher price.
